NAVI team owner Maksym Krippa buys Parus
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has sanctioned the resale of Parus Holding, formerly under Vadym Stolar’s ownership, to Ola Fine, headed by Maksym Krippa. This development marks a notable event in Kyiv’s real estate market, indicating strategic maneuvers by the city’s investors, as reported by Zaporizhzhia News.
The Antimonopoly Committee reported that Ola Fine, which is currently managed by Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund, has successfully taken over Parus Holding. In general, the main shareholder was Vadym Stolar, who controlled 80% of Parus Holding through the Genesis fund. Meanwhile, his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, owned the rest through her Stream Investment fund. This acquisition marks a significant change in the ownership structure of Parus Holding, moving from the former beneficiaries to Krippa’s management under Ola Fine. The implications of this change may have far-reaching consequences, affecting Parus Holding’s strategic direction and operations going forward.
Parus Holding owns the Parus business center, a 33-floor, 70,000 m2 Class A property in central Kyiv. Known for its advanced engineering solutions, the business center offers office spaces, conference rooms, restaurants, cafes, a large parking facility for 300 cars, and 12 bicycle parking spots.
